●For Payment of fee:

Q:Can I use a credit card or debit card?
A:Other cash payments in the interview venue, there is a payment by Paypal settlement.

●About the confirmation method of the product name at the time of Paypal settlement:

Q:Is the product name purchased at Paypal payment not displayed?
A:It can be displayed by the following procedure.
Click the <1> to display an overview. Furthermore, if you click on the <2>, the details will be displayed.

●Details of the purchased product are displayed.

●For cancellation method of fee:

Q: Can we cancel the reservation?
A: No cancellation refund, but you can reschedule the meeting one day before the reservation date. You can change the schedule for 3 times. Please make reservation  or reply to us within one month after payment, as you may not be able to use our service, after one month.

●For interview booking:

Q:No interviews reservation method is to understand.
A:Up to interview booking procedure：
1. Select the OC Supporter and Support Menu and click the Purchase button.
2. We will contact you by email from the secretariat after Paypal payment.
3. Please let us know your preferred date and time.

●For use environment:

Q:Can I use smart-phone or tablet?
A:Yes. You can use three types of devices(PC, Tablet, smartphones).
